1⁄2 cup honey
1⁄2 cup butter
1⁄4 cup low-fat milk
1⁄2 tsp vanilla extract
2⁄3 cup cocoa powder
2 1⁄2 cups quick oats
2 cups shredded, sweetened, coconut
- In a medium bowl; melt honey, butter and milk in the microwave for 50 seconds on HIGH.
- Stir in vanilla extract, cocoa powder, rolled oats and coconut.
- Divide mixture evenly between sections of a Perfect Petites. Press in lightly. Refrigerate until firm.
- Flip mold onto a Sheet Pan and twist to pop out haystacks.
